Market Rules

Limit Order: An order to buy or sell at a specific price or better. Your order will only execute at your specified price or a more favorable price.

Market Order: An order to buy or sell immediately at the best available price. Market orders are not guaranteed a specific price.

Time in Force:

• Day: Order expires at end of trading day (11:59 PM CT)
• GTC (Good Till Cancelled): Order remains active until filled or cancelled
• IOC (Immediate or Cancel): Fill immediately or cancel unfilled portion

All orders are matched using price-time priority: the best price is matched first, and within the same price, the earliest order is matched first.

All transactions are settled through URMRKT Trade Settlement. The payment process is:

1. Buyer funds the wallet before ordering; funds are reserved for the order
2. Seller is notified and prepares the product for delivery or pickup
3. Payments release to the seller’s wallet as the applicable payment milestones are completed
4. The final payment releases under the order’s acceptance terms; bank withdrawals are separate

Banking information must be connected and verified before placing orders.

Buyer Pickup:

• Buyer must arrange pickup within 7 calendar days of order confirmation
• Exact pickup location is revealed only after order confirmation
• Buyer is responsible for providing adequate transportation

Seller Delivery:

• Seller must ship within 7 calendar days of order confirmation
• Delivery fees are calculated based on driving distance and agreed upon at order time
• Seller may use third-party carriers

Weight Verification:

• Hay and grain orders may require weigh station verification
• Acceptable weight variance: ±2% of contracted quantity
• Cost of weighing is borne by the party requesting verification

Upon receiving goods, the buyer has a 48-hour review period to inspect and accept or reject the delivery.

Valid grounds for rejection:

• Product does not match the listed specifications or attributes
• Product is damaged, contaminated, or spoiled
• Quantity is outside the ±2% acceptable variance
• Quality testing results differ materially from listed values

Photo evidence is required for all rejection claims. After the 48-hour review period, the order is automatically marked as accepted and funds are released to the seller.

If a dispute arises, further payment releases pause until resolution.

1. The disputing party submits evidence (photos, test results, communications)
2. The other party is given 48 hours to respond
3. URMRKT reviews the evidence and makes a determination within 5 business days
4. Funds are released or refunded based on the determination

URMRKT's determination is final and binding for disputes under $10,000. Disputes above $10,000 may be escalated to third-party arbitration.

Open orders (not yet matched) may be cancelled at any time without penalty.

Matched orders may only be cancelled by mutual agreement of buyer and seller. Unilateral cancellation after matching may result in a penalty of up to 5% of the order value.

Sellers are responsible for accurately representing their products. Listings must include:

• Accurate commodity category and specifications
• Current and representative photos
• Honest quality and testing data (if applicable)
• Accurate available quantity

Repeated misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination.

URMRKT records platform fees when an order is funded. Delivery charges are itemized separately and excluded from the percentage-fee basis. Current fee schedule:

• Buyer: 2.5% of commodity value, included in the order total
• Seller: 2.5% of commodity value, withheld from proceeds
• Fee schedule is subject to change with 30 days notice

Listing products on the marketplace is free. There are no subscription fees.
