Payout processing for sellers on URMRKT is provided by Stripe. To receive sale proceeds, URMRKT opens and manages a payout account for you with Stripe under URMRKT's platform.
By accepting this acknowledgment you: (1) agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (https://stripe.com/legal/connect-account), including the Stripe Services Agreement it incorporates, which governs the payout account Stripe maintains for you; (2) acknowledge Stripe's Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy), which describes how Stripe processes the identity, business, and bank information collected during payout onboarding; (3) authorize URMRKT to share with Stripe the information reasonably required to open and maintain your payout account, verify your identity, and route payouts to your linked bank account; and (4) understand that URMRKT — not you — configures and operates the Stripe relationship: you will not receive a Stripe login, Stripe's fees for the payout rail are paid by URMRKT, and payout timing follows your accepted URMRKT settlement schedule.
URMRKT records the date, IP address, and browser details of your acceptance and reports them to Stripe as your agreement to Stripe's terms, as Stripe requires of platforms that collect onboarding information on Stripe's behalf.
