URMRKT is developing a comprehensive Rulebook and governance framework. Draft materials, summaries, outlines, and working versions are provided for informational or developmental purposes only and are not binding unless and until formally adopted, assigned an effective date, published by URMRKT, and incorporated into an applicable agreement or separately accepted by the participant where required. When adopted, URMRKT will publish the effective version, archive superseded versions, notify affected users, and obtain renewed assent for material contractual changes where appropriate.
