1. THE WALLET IS A LEDGER. Your URMRKT wallet is a ledger representation of your funds held with URMRKT's payment providers in designated accounts. It is not itself a bank account or stored-value account.
2. FUNDING. You authorize URMRKT and its payment processor to debit your linked, verified funding source for deposits you initiate. Deposits show as Pending until the transfer settles, then become Available.
3. LEDGER STATES. Only Available cash can support a new order or a withdrawal. Cash reserved for open orders (Order Holds), committed to executed trades (Committed to Trades), frozen under dispute, reserved for a withdrawal in flight, or held as a performance reserve is not available.
4. SETTLEMENT. Buyer trade funds settle to the seller's wallet in staged tranches as the transaction performs; the final tranche settles on buyer acceptance or the expiry of the 48-hour acceptance window without dispute.
5. FEES. Platform fees are collected at trade funding and itemized on the transaction record and closing statement; fees are not commingled with participant balances.
6. WITHDRAWALS. Available cash may be withdrawn to a registered, eligible account. A withdrawal request reserves the amount immediately; a failed withdrawal returns it to Available unless another authorized hold applies.
7. REVERSALS AND RECOVERY. Processor reversals, chargebacks, and adjudicated awards may be applied against your wallet balances per the platform's dispute and recovery processes. [Recovery rights detail: to be completed before adoption.]
